Building on existing examples of boutique hotels in Europe, Melbourne and Sydney, Limes brings a twist to the Brisbane accommodation scene - a stunning yet simple urban retreat, complete with open-air roof top bar and intimate roof top cinema (in hibernation until spring).
Limes' roof top bar and roof top cinema, both open to the public and available for private parties, are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It's the perfect setting for a drink at dusk and a bite to eat or when the evening calls for upgraded privacy or romance, Limes' private cabanas are an option for added cosiness by reservation.
Hotel designer, the award-winning Alexander Lotersztain, concentrated his artistic focus on the hotel's basic elements, creating a modern yet warm atmosphere unencumbered by excessive ornamentation.
"The Limes concept is an emphasis on the essentials to make a pleasing and at times novel experience, whether staying for a night, a drink, a movie or all of the above." Alexander said.
"Attention to detail is reflected in my design choices, which are understated yet buzzing with the contemporary energy of Brisbane and the Valley surrounds."
