the food is okay but the service is the worse i've ever come across its like the staff don't want you there
The food is great, always fresh and hot, the pasta is fantastic
and the pizza is crispy on the bottom the perfect amont of topping, my first visit the staff were very busy but not rude, my second visit
they remembered me and were great. Its 25 for all you can eat ribs of course its greasy, have u not eaten ribs before?????????.
This place was just absolutely horrible. The ribs were basically entirely fat and gristle, were poorly cooked and the sauce was just hideous. The 1/4 carrot, which is just an absolutely farcical portion, was mouldy and discoloured. I've had nightmares that ended better than this "dining" experience. Avoid this like the plague.
Stick with the Pizzas. The rest is just precooked microwaved...stuff. Same with the service, you still get...stuff.
We hate this place. Ribs are my brother's favourite so an all you can eat ribs around the corner from us sounded great as a birthday surprise. Four of us went. Three were vegetarian. Two were major carnivores. We were told that the vegetarians could not sit at the same table as the meat eaters, since they might be lying and actually want to steal the cow ribs when staff aren't looking. So my poor mother-in-law, trying to salvage the birthday despite the disgusting staff behaviour, offered to sit with my brother at a table next to us vegetarians. She reasoned that we could still talk to each other and enjoy the company across the aisle. As we argued all this new customers (fools!) came took up the extra table. Now the growling staff told us we would have to sit at opposite corners of the tiny room. We stormed out and left. Went instead to all you can eat sushi at The Sushi Station in West End. Happy ending.
We also went to go there for my birthday and had made a booking ahead of time as we wanted to sit inside. When we got there we were told that we were only allowed to sit inside if we wanted all you can eat - never were we told this on the phone but we still decided that we would sit outside - when we went in to place our order the manager came out and started abusing us and telling us that he could fill the restaurant on any night and if we wanted to stay we had to have all you can eat! We left as it was just so ridiculous - and their loss really, as we would have spent more than 25 dollars each anyway...I will never be going back to give that restaurant any of my money!
I was recommended this restuarant by a work colleague.. After reading comments on this website, i almost cancelled my reservations. I'm so glad i didn't. I have never eaten in a restaurant where the staff have been so attentive and so eager to help. They were constantly on the go, constantly cleaning, taking orders, bringing glasses.. A credit to their employer!
We were immediately seated, wine glasses (byo wine) and bread on table within a minute, checked over menu, order taken within 3 mins, ribs on table 5 mins later.. pizza arrived before we were through the ribs.
We were regularly asked if more food was wanted.
I had to roll out the door when i was done.. the ribs were great, the pizza's fantastic (not like the toppingless pizza hut/ domino's variety).
Overall an awesome experience.. we will be returning.. with friends.
No idea why this place has so many negative reports.. i couldnt fault it.

the boss is the reason its terrible service if you go for dinner after 8pm you will have a great time .
only the ribs and pasta a pre cooked but i wouldn;t say the pasta is its just plain pasta ready to be re heated everything is fresh , its not a bad place but just choose your times carefully

I hate the place too. Anyone that has given a good response unfortunately does not have a good sense of dining experience at all, sorry guys !
Over-priced for what you don't get in terms of real good food and friendly service
