We'd like to warn potential customers for The Pelican's Nest by the Bay of an experience we had there today. Not only did we pay nearly $40 for a meal there, but we were refused a refund or exchange of an incorrect meal. The staff were straight out of Faulty Towers, but no where near as amusing.

They denied that they had made a mistake and we were dealt with very rudely.
After arguing with us we were then told we had wasted their time, and we left upset, angry and still hungry. They obviously do not operate on the principle of good customer service. We'd like to bring this to your attention, so that fellow residents in Wynnum do not have their bay side experience spoilt by the inconsiderate and incompetent cafe owners at Pelican's Nest.
