We have been ordering pizzas at Crust since they 've opened the store!
The pizza is really good but the service is just terrible.
We had two problems in the last couple of weeks:
1. they've said the pizza would take 50 minutes to be delivered and it actually took 2 hours (note: we live two blocks away from the store) - turns out the pizza was cold and as you can imagine tasted pretty bad
2. we've called them and asked for a pick up (after the bad experience mentioned above we thought pick up would be the best option). According to them the pizza would be ready in 50 minutes - after one hour we drove there and it turned out that the order wasn't put through the system so we left with no pizza.
