The iconic New Farm Deli, a haven for Brisbane foodies for over 25 years, is joined by another sister store at Oxford Street Bulimba.
Owners Tanya Mulcahy and Cornelia Calvisi are eager to meet their new customers in Bulimba.

Restaurant grade kitchenware, homewares, cookbooks...What has been described as ‘one of the best cups of coffee in Brisbane' has crossed the river as well, with the Deli Bulimba opening its espresso bar at 6.30am every day. The store also stocks a variety of Vittoria coffee beans which can be ground to suit your percolator or coffee machine.
Like its sister stores, The Deli Bulimba stocks a huge range of imported meats and cheeses, pastas, local and imported chocolates, biscuits, oils, vinegars and hand made breads.
However, The Deli Bulimba differs from New Farm Deli in that there are no tables provided. You can grab a stool outside to enjoy a coffee and cake but all the food goodies are for take-away only.
For those with a sweet tooth, The Deli features an exquisite cabinet with The Deli's own hand made white and dark rocky road, raspberry chocolate brownies, white chocolate macadamia brownies, couverture chocolate bark (topped with walnuts and cranberries).
Marshmallow truffles and chocolate coated snakes are also a big hit with the kids.
For the time poor, The Deli makes a daily fresh range of take-home meals including Sicilian Sausage Pasta Sauce, Meatballs in Napoli, Osso Bucco, seasonal varieties of soups, lasagna (especially the delectable Crab Lasagne), hand made gnocchi and pizza.
