Q. How do I add a business listing?

A.ourbrisbane.com maintains business listings in selected categories such as dining, lifestyle, accommodation and tourism operators.

Previously we have accepted business listings for all types of businesses in and around Brisbane. We have recently suspended this service for new listings, however existing business listings may still be found via our site search.

Q. How do I make changes to my business listing?

A. Simply send an email request to enquiries [at] ourbrisbane [dot] com to our customer service team with the following information and we will respond shortly:

  • ourbrisbane.com member username (please register first)
  • URL of your ourbrisbane.com listing (simply copy from your browser's address bar)
  • Specific changes required to your business listing e.g. "please change my street address from 10 Queen St to 25 Queen St".

Please be as specific as possible to ensure your changes can be made in a timely manner.

Q. My business is no longer operating. How do I remove my listing?

A. Please send an email request to enquiries [at] ourbrisbane [dot] com to our customer service team with reason for removing e.g. business has closed down.

Q. How do I find my business listing on ourbrisbane.com?

A. You can search for your business in the top right-hand corner of the website.
