Q. How do I add a business listing?
A. To list your business you must be registered with ourbrisbane.com. Sign in to the ‘members' area on the right-hand side of the website and click ‘List your business'. Follow the instructions to add your business. Your listing will be processed within 2 business days.
Q. How much does it cost to list?
A. It's free to have a listing in the ourbrisbane.com directory.
Q. Do I have to be a member in order to list?
A. Yes. We record which ourbrisbane.com member "owns" each listing to prevent unauthorised changes and to provide us with a method of contacting you. You will only be contacted in relation to changes to your listing or if you notify us. More information is available in the ourbrisbane.com Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Q. How do I make changes to my business listing?
A. To update your business listing, we require the following information:
- ourbrisbane.com member username (please register first)
- URL of your ourbrisbane.com listing (simply copy from your browser's address bar)
- Specific changes required to your business listing e.g. "please change my street address from 10 Queen St to 25 Queen St".
Please be as specific as possible to ensure your changes can be made in a timely manner. enquiries [at] ourbrisbane [dot] com your changes to our customer service team and we will respond within two business days.
Q. My business is no longer operating. How do I remove my listing?
A. Please send an enquiries [at] ourbrisbane [dot] com to our customer service team with reason for removing e.g. business has closed down.
Q. Can I have more than one listing?
A. One listing per business is permitted. Your listing can appear in up to three categories at once. If you own more than one business, you are entitled to list each of these businesses in the directory.
Q. How long will it take for my listing to appear on the site?
A. Your listing will usually be approved within 2 working days.
Q. Can I add a photo to my listing?
A. No. Directory listings do not include photos.
Q. My business is located outside of Brisbane, can I list?
A. We only accept listings from businesses that are physically located within Brisbane City, and some suburbs from neighbouring areas of Logan City, Ipswich City, Redland City and Moreton Bay Regional Council.
Q. How do I find my business listing on ourbrisbane.com?
A. You can search for your business in the top right-hand corner of the website, or you can browse for your business by clicking on ‘Business listings' in the footer content.
