Strength & Weights Circuit. These circuits are ideal if you are new to exercise or a mature aged adult. With the use of Hand weights, Resistance bands,Body weight and Balls a full body workout is achieved.

All you need to bring is water. Every session is different so you will never be bored and you will always be challenged.
