There are many benefits to walking and this October there are even more if you join the 10,000 Steps Brisbane 2008 CBD Workplace Challenge.
If you work in the CBD get a team together and register for the challenge and every team member will go into the draw to win a weekend for two staying at the fabulous four and a half star Lillydale Farmstay.
Strap on a pedometer for a two-week virtual walk around South East Queensland and you’ll be amazed where your feet will take you.
Walking will leave you feeling less stressed, more relaxed and ready to deal with life.
The challenge has a target of 10,000 steps per person per day. In a team of 10 that will add up to 1.4 million steps or approximately 1120km.
