Tianita from Forest Lake says: My favourite way to keep in shape is to go grab a basketball and my 10 year old son and go play one on one at the newly renovated basketball hoop in the park at Forest Lake a block away from our house. I get quality time with my son and also get a great workout, especially if the local kids join in too.
