Seven years ago a bout of Rosacea (a skin condition) prompted Irene to research and explore skin care products. Today, she owns Mismo Body Care, a Brisbane company that makes affordable, natural, Australian-made skin care products.
Why you love what you do: speaking with people whose skin problems we have helped is an absolute joy. As a mature female, to be surrounded by anti-ageing creams is a huge benefit and buzz.

What's your middle name - does it have special significance? Elizabeth, my mother's name and middle name for many of my nieces.
Do you still have anything from your childhood? (eg teddy bear, fave book, memories of beach holidays etc) And what does it mean to you? Lots of photos from childhood holidays at Rainbow Bay. The ones of fishing dinghies on the beach means I've been around a while. There were pony rides as well.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? On the harbour in Sydney.
What can't you live without? My family of course.
Is there anything else you want the world to know? What fantastic times we live in. If you have a passion, anything is achievable regardless of age or income.
