Drink: Tanquaray (gin) and Tonic with a twist of fresh lemon.
Fruit: I love all of the stone fruits that come into season around Christmas time. Mangos smell like summer!
Place for a holiday: anywhere tropical – Queensland has some beautiful islands I could happily be deserted on!

Way to spend Sunday afternoon: on my balcony overlooking the city having a drink with friends.
View in Brisbane: I recently went kayaking on the Brisbane River at dusk with Riverlife Adventure Centre – the view of the city at that time of day from down on the water is spectacular!
What’s your middle name – does it have special significance? Parker – it’s my mother’s maiden name. My maternal grandfather was an only child, and had four girls, so there is noone to carry on the Parker name. All of the grandchildren have ‘Parker’ in their names.
Do you still have anything from your childhood? I have a teddy bear I was given when I was three days old.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? ? I love living in Brisbane – although if I could travel more, I would.
What can’t you live without? My friends and family.
