Children's Health & Physical Education Program. The classes teach the importance of healthy & active lifestyle & will give your child the confidence to try new things. Each month, your child will learn the basic skills, game concepts & are introduced to the rules of a different sport. Not only do the children have lots of fun learning about each sport but they will also learn about Basic Anatomy, Health, Nutrition & Sun Safety! The program is open to all children aged 2.5 to 8 years.
This program is run once a week at childcare centres for 30 minutes & Saturday / After School Programs run for 45-60 minutes.
