Boot Camp Style -12 Week Super Challenge.
The twelve week Super Challenge is designed specifically for those wanting to take that next step with their fitness and well being. The Challenge will take you on a personal journey and show you how to get the most from your strength, your endurance, your flexibility and your ability to convert effort into results.
Build your own profile-have your measurements, body percentages, photos and results recorded and displayed back to show you what all your hard work has resulted in! All presented in your own folder to keep at the end of 6 weeks! Folder also contains tips on exercise, food and healthy recipes.
Each session runs for 2 hours on a Saturday and includes running, strength, kickboxing and advanced stretching.
