Q: I was after information on Camellia lutchuensis - the tiny leaved, sweet smelling camellia we spied while at the parklands on the weekend.

The information girls helped us out beautifully. I would like to know where to buy one too. Thank you.

Oh, and you all do such a wonderful job. The gardens are always a great place to visit. Jayne - Kedron

A: I phoned Camellia Glen Nursery in Palmwoods (ph 5445 0333), but they said they have sold out of Camellia lutchuensis this year. They will have more stocks coming through next year.

Maybe you could book some for yourself. A nursery in NSW, Camellia Grove Nursery (ph 02 9652 1200) have around 20 plants at the time of writing (30 August 2006).

Thank you, Jayne, for your kind comments on Roma Street Parkland. I am glad you enjoy the gardens.
