Samuel Drew's House
Built around 1890, as a showcase for building skills, by Samuel and his sons Albert Edward (Skipper) and Frederick William (Bill). The adult children lived in the house, as did Jane Drew after Samuel's death. Electricity was not connected until the after the death of Jen Drew in 1957. The house is still in remarkable condition. This photo taken after refurbishment in the 1950s.
