This is a photo of my Mother and Grandmother taken at the show around 1936. As you can see, back in those days, you dressed up to go to the show. It was a professional shot taken, I believe as they were coming out of the tunnel near sideshow alley. Apparently a professional photographer was always at the Ekka taking these kind of shots.
