Nice viewpoint and exposure capturing the colour of the night. Would have attracted a higher score with less dead space in bottom third. Perhaps with a foreground interest leading into the main photo. e.g. a couple at the bikeway wall looking across to the main subject. Nic pic is the very bright light on top right. Use of software to clone it out would do... but not everyone has this. Nice shot.
