Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary
Get closer, and meet the animals at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Not just the famous lorikeets, but every single creature at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary - from the biggest, proudest Kangaroo to the littlest gecko. They have one of the world's largest collections of Australian fauna, including many rare and endangered species.
Meet Holey, the biggest Saltwater Crocodile on public display. Holey weighs 1,000 kilograms, measures over five metres long and can bee seen at Crocodile Wetlands. With raised walkways and specially designed pools, Crocodile Wetlands provides a unique vantage point to see the crocodiles in action.
The entertaining wildlife shows include the Free Flight Bird show, in which majestic birds of prey display their natural abilities in silent flight, feeding on the wing and amazing airborne agility. Guests can then get up close and personal with some of Australia's fascinating mammal and lizard species at the Totally Wild Show, then see some of the world's deadliest snakes in Snakes Alive. They also takes animal exhibits to a new level, with the fully themed Naturally Wild, allowing guests to gain fascinating insights into a variety of nocturnal and rainforest animals in highly natural surroundings.
