Opened in 1979, Westfield Carindale is situated in the east of Brisbane and is a 15 minute drive from Brisbane’s CBD.

With over 270 retailers onsite there are options to suit any budget. You’ll find popular department stores that include Myer, David Jones, Big W, Target and Best & Less as well as chic retailers such as Nine West, Oroton, Veronika Maine and Country Road.
Fashion Concierge
Fashion help and advice is available from the Fashion Concierge located on the Ground Level of the fashion mall. This service assists shoppers with all their fashion needs, shopping queries and also offers a free 15 minute style advice session.
Personal Stylist
For the fashion-focused shopper, a variety of stylist services can be purchased with resident stylist, Tanja Mrnjaus. Stylist services on offer include: Personal Shopping & Style Session, Colour Profiling Session, Red Carpet Makeover, and Men’s Style. Cost start from $100 per hour per person. Kids Stay 'n' Play
Open Monday to Saturday between 9.30am to 2pm, parents can shop without the kids with the Stay 'n' Play Centre. Prices start at $5 per ½ hour and children ages from 3 to 11 years are welcome. Activities include face painting, videos, craft and storytelling and you’ll find the centre located outside Toyworld on Level One.
Parents’ Rooms
Parents’ Rooms are equipped with bottle warmers, change tables, private feeding rooms, nappy dispensers and microwave ovens. Dads are also welcome in all the Parent’s Rooms. You’ll find two Parents’ Rooms located on Level G, one next to Rockmans and one near Best & Less. There is also one located on Level 1 near Chelsea Lee.

A Ticketek outlet is available 7 days a week and is located at the Concierge Desk on Level 1 (near Priceline). Opening hours are:

- Sunday - 10am to 3pm
JP Service
The Justice of the Peace service is available for the witnessing of documents and other duties. The JP Service is available on the following days and is located opposite the Customer Care Room on Level 1, near David Jones:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 10am to 2pm
- Thursday - 6pm to 8pm
- Saturday - 10am to midday
Mobility Services
The shopping centre offers wheelchairs and power shoppers free of charge for up to 2 hours. It's best to book first with the Concierge on (07) 3120 5422 to guarantee availability. Walking Groups
Get fit by joining a walking group. Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30am you can join the 1 hour Walking Group that meets at the Green Carpark, sails entry (take the travelator up next to Healthy Habits, near Woolworths). Parking
Westfield Carindale has more than 5,400 free car parking spaces, with the majority being undercover.
Transport
Car
Westfield Carindale is easy to get to, located 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD via the Gateway Arterial.
From the North
Take Creek Road or Gateway Arterial, then Old Cleveland Road exit.
From the East
Take Old Cleveland Road and enter the Centre from either Creek or Old Cleveland Roads.
From the South
Take Creek Road or Gateway Arterial.
If using the Gateway Arterial, take the Old Cleveland Road exit. There is an entry point to the centre just before Creek Road.
If travelling on Creek Road, turn right into Winstanley Street where there is an entry point to the centre.
Bus
A bus interchange is located outside the Target entrance, off Carindale Street. There are many routes servicing the centre. More bus information.
