Welcome to Albion
Albion has a mish-mash of multi-million dollar mansions enjoying full city views to a smattering of small and still unrenovated worker's cottages.
You get the sense this suburb used to have a working-class heart.
The Mill development, replacing the old flour mill, is expected to bring an injection of dining and shopping to the area.
Very close to the action of the Valley, Albion's landmarks include Breakfast Creek, the TAB building and 'The Trots' (Albion Park Paceway).
Despite all that gambling, Albion is one of Brisbane's elite suburbs, bordering Hamilton, Clayfield and Newstead.
