Once known for cattle and sheep farming, one of Brisbane's suburban grand dames, Corinda is now famed for its lovingly restored Queenslanders and the large blocks of land on which they sit. Some streets have scenic views to Mt Coot-tha, others have magnificent river views.
The Oxley Creek Canoe Trail provides for hours of fun on the waterways and the Corinda Golf Course caters to swimmers and tennis players as well as keen golfers. Parks on offer include Nosworthy Park and Dunlop Park.
Corinda is ideally situated with its own railway station and library and is close to Indooroopilly Shoppingtown.

Anne says: I love Corinda! There's an easy pace about living there and a summery feel to the suburb even in the middle of winter. It has wide streets that frame beautifully green lawns. Rambling Queenslander homes dominate the area and everywhere you turn there are parks and plenty of open spaces.
