Welcome to Ferny Grove
Up until the 1970s Ferny Grove was for most Brisbane residents a country picnic area with very little development.
Nowdays the area is mainly residential but still has a bush and country atmosphere being close to Brisbane Forest Park and rural Samford.
Ferny Grove is served by a rail line to the city and is close to Brookside Shopping Centre at Mitchelton.
Other major attractions at Ferny Grove are the Tramway Museum and Ferny Grove Markets.
