Kedron on Brisbane's north is split into distinct areas. There are the "The Avenues", the Padua Precinct and the streets bordering Chermside.

It's a large suburb which includes Queenslander-style houses and many apartment and townhouse complexes too. Some of the higher, eastern facing streets have views out to Moreton Bay.

You can't get lost at "The Avenues" as the streets are named numerically in a grid (for some reason starting at Fifth Avenue, not First) connecting to the green spaces of Kedron Brook.

Additionally there's a network of streets which includes the Catholic primary and high schools.

Kedron Brook is perfect for cycling, walking and running and the suburb is quiet with a friendly community neighbourhood atmosphere.

Kedron is close to public transport with a regular 333 bus service and Chermside Shopping Centre is only about 5 minutes away by car.
