A prestigious suburb popular with professionals Kenmore is situated in the west of the city and close to the semi-rural suburbs of Moggill and Brookfield.

Kenmore has its own shopping villages and tavern and residents are only a short drive away along Moggill Road to Indooroopilly Shoppingtown.

The suburb has very few units but lots of beautiful houses and gardens and the Kenmore and surrounding suburbs of Moggill and Brookfield are the perfect destinations for a lazy Sunday afternoon drive.

Bradley says: Kenmore's semi-rural feel has always appealed to me: tall gum trees, nearby horses, picturesque Mt Coot-tha, the smell of the wood stove as you enter home on a winter evening. A low crime rate and access to shopping centres makes it an ideal family atmosphere.
