Situated on the river bend between Yeronga and Tennyson, Yeerongpilly is a small and quiet residential suburb. It has its own railway station and there's a wealth of facilities in neighbouring suburbs.
Fairfield Gardens and Moorvale Shopping Centre at Moorooka are only minutes away and it’s not far to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre via the western suburbs. The Eleanor Schonell Bridge at neighbouring Dutton Park offers pedestrian, cycle and bus transport across the river to St Lucia.
Residents are right next door to Brisbane Golf Club and the new Queensland State Tennis Centre on the site of the former Tennyson Powerhouse.
Also handy is Yeronga Park complete with swimming pool and there are lots of nearby spots for riverside walks, cyling and picnics.
