The Brisbane River is a surprisingly under-used way to travel around and see a new side to our city. It is safe for small craft and even canoes or kayaks.

Moreton Bay can be more dangerous and is subject to high waves, strong currents and storms. Always read weather reports issued by the Bureau of Meteorology for the bay before going out.
