Brisbane Festival
4 - 25 September 2010

Brisbane Festival 2010 will intrigue, delight and inspire with its diverse program of dance, music, theatre, conversation and visual arts bursting across the city and suburbs for three exciting weeks.
The opening extravaganza on Saturday 4 September will unite hundreds of thousands of people looking skywards for Riverfire. The beautiful Spiegeltent plays host to music and cabaret. Brisbane Backyards and Into Africa return. West End Live makes its debut.
Don't miss some of the international headline acts coming our way: sensual Cuban dance from Danza Contemporánea de Cuba; awe-inspiring displays from the 17 Warrior Monks of the Shaolin Temple in Sutra and heaps more.
Circa has the world premiere of a new show - Wunderkammer; Stalker Theatre are bringing a play that combines acrobatics, wire work, trampolines and multimedia in Shanghai Lady Killer and there's plenty of homegrown talent to rival the world's best.
