Pawpurrs Charity Cat Show
All monies go to support Redcliffe Peninsula Aid in their efforts to feed, home and save cats and kittens, especially those dumped and abandoned over the holiday period.
This is your chance to help those who can't help themselves. Bring along a can of food or a packet of cat biscuits on the day. Any other donations of money or prizes gratefully accepted.
Have some fun and enter your Companion Cat. Come along and see the fabulous cats. You have only ever seen them in books, now we have the La Perm ( a new breed), also Scottish Fold and Manx for you to look at. There will also be the perennial favourites like the Siamese, Burmese, Ragdoll, British, Devon Rex and Persians.

Adjacent to the Brisbane CBD, the RNA Showgrounds is bordered by Bowen Bridge Road, O'Connell Terrace, St Paul's Terrace and Gregory Terrace at Bowen Hills.
Parking
The Showgrounds can house up to 3,000 cars on site. During shows and exhibitions there is a charge of $6 per day, with restrictions for the duration of the Royal Queensland Show.Parking is also available in the Wilson’s parking station at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital directly opposite the showgrounds.
Public transport
Bowen Hills and Brunswick Street railway stations are less than a ten minute walk from the Showgrounds, and buses access the surrounding streets regularly.During the Ekka (Royal Queensland Show), there are special train services into the grounds.
