For the first time, the museum will feature an online science week program.
The online program includes digital stories of Queensland Museum scientists at work and the role museum collections play in science research; an interactive science game that leads players along different science career paths and the chance to explore how science impacts on our daily lives.
There will also be opportunities to examine specialised research areas such as DNA analysis with the Disease Detectives interactive learning tool.
