Queensland Multicultural Festival 2008

Roma Street Parkland

Sunday 12 October 2008

Now in its fifth year, the Queensland Multicultural Festival is Queensland’s largest, free, one-day community event.

This year's diverse range of entertainment includes five performance stages, 40 international food stalls, cooking demonstrations, children’s activities and guest appearances by Queensland Roar players.

Canadian music doyen Harry Manx will headline this year's festival with a hypnotic live show that captures a vibrant and unique blend of Mississippi Delta Blues and Indian ragas. Queensland sensations Katie Noonan and Doch will also perform.

We recommend taking public transport - visit TransLink or call 13 12 30.

Enjoy the diversity
