Paris Dreaming
Regarded among Australia’s premier gypsy jazz performers, Ewan MacKenzie and Katy Sullivan create spontaneous and evocative guitar and accordion music brimming with fire and passion.
Fingerprint
Fingerprint is a duo with its musical roots firmly planted in jazz, blues, roots and soul music. As a duo, Ashley plays both acoustic and jazz guitar in accompaniment to Juanita on vocals and snare drum.
Dan Parsons Band
Prodigiously talented young gun Dan Parsons has achieved great critical acclaim in just a short time thanks to his smooth, resonant voice, emotive and introspective lyrics, and deft finger-picking acoustic guitar style.
The Gin Club
The Gin Club has quickly garnered a reputation as one of Australia’s finest ensembles. Their sound is an eclectic mix of traditional folk, blues and country styles, featuring five distinctive voices backed by a collection of instruments.
Jackie Marshall Band
Jackie Marshall’s alternative folk- and country-influenced improvised art-house style has led to her being touted as “a left-field legend in the making” and “that rare thing: an Aussie original.”
The Bamboos featuring Kylie Auldist
The Bamboos are Australia’s premier deep funk outfit. They are the masters of super-heavy, raw and upfront drum-breakdriven grooves.
Tijuana Cartel
The Gold Coast’s own Tijuana Cartel are bursting with inspiring, infectious rhythms featuring flamenco guitars and more. Their performances are diverse, intelligent and original and thrill audiences wherever they perform.
Vanessa Amorosi
