The West End Markets are held every Saturday (rain, hail or shine!) from 6am - 2pm at the beautiful Davies Park, which sits alongside the Brisbane River. Soak up the atmosphere as you wander in the shade of the enormous fig trees and take in the sounds of local buskers and the enticing aromas of fresh coffee and flowers.
The relaxed community feel at the West End Markets is only surpassed by the produce on offer! You won't find cheaper and tastier fresh fruit and vegetables anywhere else in Brisbane. Also on offer is a vast array of fresh seafood, locally produced oils, olives and cheeses, as well as handmade jewellery and unique, locally designed clothing.

I've been a regular for a year and reckon this is Brisbane's best value and most intimate one stop market with most if not all the fruit, veg, fish, meat, cheese, bread & pastries, small goods, fresh herbs, pulses, flowers, needed for the week plus massage, bric-a-brac, gifts, old CDs & vinyl, and more.
New management has not changed the old Green Flea Market/Westend vibe. All the old stall holders remain plus a few more. The live music and food stalls make for an unbeatable brunch and start to the weekend .
Parking is problematic. Either walk from the side streets, do a couple of circuits, or pay $2 for all day parking at the Jane St entrance to the Market.
