A feel-good grass-roots experience, Jan Power's Farmers Markets are on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 6am at Brisbane Powerhouse. A unique boutique fresh seasonal produce market with around 100 stalls showcasing all the best available goodies in Queensland. All made, caught, dug, plucked, picked, bottled or baked by the person serving you.
Organics, hydroponics, aquaculture and horticulture on show. Gerberas and goat cheese, chocolates and smoked eels, onions, spinach, apple juices, heritage tomatoes - black and orange ones, purple carrots, duck and chook eggs, blue bananas, pasta, wicked cordials, local wines, wild honey, bush tucker, pretty orchids, pleasant pheasants and quails. Snapping red claw yabbies, fine meats and local fish, crabs, fresh bags of oysters, coffees, great cheeses, bread makers, chillies, asian greens, oils, roses, nuts and olive trees. Jams and biscuits, rabbits and venison, berries, living herbs and much more.

Brisbane Powerhouse is accessible on all levels for special needs patrons. They are happy to reserve seats for patrons using wheelchairs, crutches and walking frames but need to know your requirements a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please let the Box Office know of your requirements when booking tickets.Designated parking spaces are available for patrons with special needs, and a lift operates from the Stores Building to the Devine Plaza. For patrons who are unable to walk, Powerhouse staff will make arrangements to accommodate your drop off and pick up requirements, with 24 hours advance notice.
