Queensland Youth Orchestra presents Brahms 2.
Brahms 2 on 28 May celebrates the dramatic scope of the full orchestra. The program begins with Polish composer Lutosławski’s masterful and multifaceted Concerto for Orchestra, a showpiece demonstrating the variety of colours and textures an orchestra has to offer. After interval, QYS reveals the beauty and power of Brahms’ magnificent Second Symphony.
