Handel’s Messiah, composed in just three weeks, has enthralled audiences for more than 250 years. In 2008, experience its grandeur, emotional power and the simplicity of its theme staged for the first time by the Orchestra in St John’s Cathedral.

Whether you’re making your annual musical pilgrimage or hearing it for the first time, this performance, with four brilliant soloists from Opera Australia, will prove a fitting culmination to the musical year.
