Topology and the Kransky Sisters

The Kransky Sisters

When Topology needed a tuba player for their upcoming concert, they invited Dawn Kransky to play. However, Dawn’s older sisters Mourne and Eve, insist on driving her down from Esk and dropping her off in the Morris. The result? This comically oddball new music venture.

The strangely reclusive Dawn Kransky, who studied at Tafe Toowoomba, will take leave from her job as trolley librarian at the Esk hospital to play with the quintet. Mourne and Eve will be dropping Dawn off along with their collection of home-baked instruments: including an old reed keyboard, musical saw, kitchen pot, toilet brush and…critically, tambourines.

Together the three sisters and Topology will share renditions of many popular songs of the day and demonstrate their musical accomplishments to the delight of all.

“The Kransky Sisters are a well oiled comic machine. Their droll humour, dead pan expressions and morose delivery of songs by the likes of AC/DC and The Eurythmics proved to be a perfect recipe for laughter.” Sunday Times Review Perth
