Rugby League World Cup 08 - Final

The 2008 Rugby League World Cup not only concludes the Centenary of Rugby League celebrations in Australia, but will also mark the 13th chapter of the event which started way back in 1954.

Since the tournament's inception, the Rugby League World Cup has been taken to eight nations, with games played in over 50 cities and towns.

The 2008 Rugby League World Cup will be the third tournament held in Australasia and will feature the top 10 Rugby League nations.

Your Suncorp Stadium event ticket entitles you to free travel, to and from matches, on the QR Citytain rail and Brisbane Transport Bus networks.

Bus: Shuttle buses to and from the city run before and after matches.

Train: The nearest station is Milton (on the Ipswich/Rosewood line). There is a pedestrian walkway from the station. The next closest station is Roma Street, about ten minutes walk away.

Taxi: The nearest rank is in Castlemaine Street.

Parking

On match days, the area surrounding Suncorp Stadium has a fifteen minute (P15-min) parking time limit that applies in the designated Traffic Area in all streets from 12 noon to 10pm.
