Flipside Circus
Experience first hand why Brisbane is considered one of the world's leading music hot spots with a street party like no other.
To be held across multiple outdoor stages this year’s Valley Fiesta is shaping up to be the biggest in the event’s proud 16 year history.
But what’s going on at the outdoor stages around the Valley is just part of the story, with more than 50 venues, bars and clubs around Fortitude Valley pulling out all stops to make this special weekend a massive celebration of the country’s number one entertainment precinct.
Bands
There's literally dozens of bands and artists playing this year. The line-up reads like a Who's Who of the Australian music scene. Some of the bigger names include Operator Please, Urthboy, End of Fashion, The Winnie Coopers, The Boat People, Jeff Lang, Avalon Drive, The Gin Club, Sparkadia, and Katy Steele of Little Birdy.

DJs
Some of the country’s finest will be spinning the decks over the three days. Don't miss DJ Dexter (Avalanches), Ajax, Christian Moy, Paul Ison, Alastair Green and Pete Smith. There's plenty of newcomers to catch too.
Performance
And what Valley Fiesta would be complete without the performance artists roving the Valley. This year’s activities include performances from Contact Crew, fashion parades, the Flipside Circus, The Oil Drums, a circus workshop, Pheonix Fire Hoola Hoops Girls, Krumping displays, Polynesian Dance and art installations from Room 40.
Drag Queens
An all time favourite at Fiesta, the Drag Queens return with performances from the likes of Hot Goss, Velvet Dolls and Velvet Motion.
